Cleaning

Not suitable for machine washing due to delicate components.

Spot clean stains with cold water. Never use hot water. Only use mild/neutral detergant designed for delicate fabrics and hand washing.

Refrain from vigorous rubbing to prevent fiber damage.

Formal collection can be dry cleaned for tough stains or if the dress requires deep cleaning. It’s essential to take it to a professional dry cleaner experienced in handling delicate fabrics.

Luxury Formal cannot be dry-cleaned due to chemical reactions.

Drying

Air-dry abayas in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight to maintain fiber strength and color fastness.

Do not hang whilst wet as the extra weight of water will stretch the fabric.

General Care

Soaking: Do not soak the abaya for an extended period. A brief soak may be necessary for stain removal, but prolonged soaking can weaken the fibers.

Crease removal: Steaming is recommended as ironing can damage the fabric due to direct application of high temperatures.

Bleach: Never use bleach.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Use padded hangers or fold the dress neatly to avoid creasing.

Perfumes/Deodorants/Beauty Products can stain and damage the fibers.
